Yes. Registered nonprofits pay no subscription and no BackPR fees, and get every feature. The only cost is card and bank processing on payments you collect, charged by Stripe at its standard rates.
How does BackPR make money if nonprofits don't pay?
Organizations that aren't nonprofits, such as for-profit camps, studios and businesses, pay for BackPR based on a quote.
Can we pass the processing fee on to families?
Yes. You can absorb it or add it to families' payments as a clearly labeled convenience fee. BackPR never adds a fee of its own.
How do you confirm nonprofit status?
We confirm your nonprofit or tax-exempt status when you sign up. If you're not sure whether your organization qualifies, email us before you start.
Is nonprofitIncludes a trial?
No. Free is how BackPR works for registered nonprofits, not a trial period.
Do we have to sign a contract?
