Nonprofits pay nothing to BackPR. Daxko doesn't publish pricing, and its agreement can base monthly fees on figures from your annual financials.
No early termination fees
BackPR has no long-term contract; cancel anytime with no exit fees. Daxko's agreement requires paying 100% of the remaining fees if you end it before the term is over.
No BackPR fee at checkout
BackPR never adds its own fee to what families pay. Card processing runs at Stripe's standard rates, which you absorb or pass on. Daxko's processing rates are set in each merchant agreement, and organizations can add a Flex Fee of up to 3% to members' payments.
Free setup, import and export
Onboarding, data import and data export are free at BackPR. Daxko charges one-time implementation fees for setup, data conversion and training, and its standard fees apply to a data export when the agreement ends.

What Daxko does well
Daxko Operations covers memberships, program and childcare registration with sibling discounts and authorized-pickup notifications, camps and events, a branded member app, donations with pledges, grant tracking and donor tax statements, and automated registered sex offender screening. Card payments are funded the next day, and phone and email support runs 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time on weekdays.
