BackPR runs card payments on Stripe at Stripe's standard rates and adds nothing for nonprofits. WildApricot adds a servicing fee of 20% of your subscription if you use Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net; its own Personify Payments costs $4.99 a month plus per-payment fees.
Built for youth programs
BackPR has family accounts with several children and one checkout, e-signed waivers, rosters, and check-in and check-out with authorized pickup. WildApricot is built for membership organizations.

WildApricot combines a member database with automatic renewals, a website builder, event registration with waitlists, email campaigns, donations and an online store, with mobile apps for admins and members. Onboarding coaching is free, and the trial lasts 60 days.
