The difference
Where BackPR is different
Payments at registration
Families register and pay in one checkout, with payment plans and autopay, so there's no separate payment tool to run next to the form. Google Forms has no payment question type.
E-signed waivers
Parents sign waivers and forms online. Google Forms' question types don't include a signature field.
Family accounts
Families save their details once and register several children in one checkout.
Check-in and waitlists
Check children in and out with authorized pickup by PIN or QR code, and fill open spots from a waitlist.

What Google Forms does well
Google Forms is quick to set up, works on any device, shows response charts in real time and sends responses to Google Sheets. Forms can close on a set date or after a set number of responses.
Switching
Moving from Google Forms is free
Send us an export of your families, participants and programs and we'll set up your BackPR account with them. There's no setup fee and no long-term contract.
