Where registration gets hard

Registration day turns into a phone day

Families refresh the page at 9 a.m., weeks sell out, and the calls start: did my payment go through, is week 4 really full, can I add a sibling?

Forms arrive the week before camp

Health forms, immunizations, waivers and pickup lists trickle in by email, and someone has to chase every missing one.

Balances get chased all summer

Families who paid a deposit in February still owe in July, and someone has to send the reminders.

How BackPR helps

How it works in BackPR

Weeks, days and add-ons in one checkout

Parents pick weeks from a grid, add extended care or lunch, register every sibling and pay a deposit or the full amount. Capacity updates as they go, and full weeks offer a waitlist spot.

Required forms before day one

Health histories, immunization uploads, waivers, photo permissions and authorized pickups are part of registration. Missing items trigger reminders, and your list of what's outstanding is always current.

Payment plans that run on their own

Deposits at sign-up, installments on the dates you choose, and autopay on the saved card. Declined payments are retried and families get a link to update their card.

Drop-off, pickup and the bus

Counselors check campers in and out from their phones, verify pickups with a PIN or QR code, and take attendance on bus routes. Parents are notified when their camper is checked out.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Can families choose individual weeks?

Yes. Families pick the weeks they need, and you can offer half days, full days, drop-in days and add-ons for each week.

Can we take deposits and collect the rest later?

Yes. Set a deposit at registration and an installment schedule for the balance. Saved cards are charged automatically on each date.

Does BackPR handle overnight camps?

Yes. Overnight camps run sessions, cabin assignments, transportation, health information and camper store accounts in BackPR.

We're switching from another camp system. Who moves our data?

We do, for free. Send us an export from your current system and we import your families, campers and programs.
