Is your program in our program finder?

Families use BackPR's program finder to look for childcare centers, after-school programs and camps near them. If your program is listed, this page explains why, how to update the listing and what BackPR can do for you.

Why your program is listed

Your program is listed because it appears in a public licensing list from your state or city. You didn't sign up for anything, and being listed is free. Each listing shows where its data comes from and when we last updated it. We don't list home-based family childcare.

Update your listing

To change details such as your address or capacity, update them with the agency named on your listing. If something on our listing is wrong, use the "Report a problem" link on the listing or email support@backpr.com.

Run your registration with BackPR

BackPR is free for nonprofits, with no subscription and no BackPR fees. Payments run on Stripe, and Stripe's processing fees apply. Other programs get pricing by quote.

Questions from program directors

Does being listed cost anything?

No. Listings come from official licensing data and are free. You don't need a BackPR account to be listed, and you don't need to use BackPR to stay listed.

How do I change or correct my listing?

Listings show what the agency's data says, so the best way to change details such as your address or capacity is to update them with the agency named on your listing. If something on our listing is wrong, use the "Report a problem" link on the listing or email support@backpr.com with your program's name and city.

Is BackPR free for my program?

If your program is run by a nonprofit, such as a 501(c)(3), a church or a nonprofit PTA, yes: no subscription and no BackPR fees. Payments run on Stripe, and Stripe's processing fees apply. Other programs get pricing by quote.

What does setup involve?

We set up your account and import your families and programs for free, from your current system's export or your spreadsheets. There's no long-term contract, and you can export your data at any time.
