How it works
What registering looks like
One family account
Add your children once. Their details, medical information and pickup list are saved for next time.
Register every child at once
Add siblings and programs to one cart and check out once.
Pay your way
Pay in full, or use a deposit and payment plan when the program offers one. Saved cards are charged automatically on each date.
Forms on your phone
Sign waivers and upload documents during registration, without printing anything.
Pickup with your code
Show a QR code or give your PIN at pickup. Staff check it against the list of adults you've authorized.
Receipts and statements
See every payment in your account and download year-end statements for dependent care claims.
Fees
No BackPR fees for families
BackPR never adds its own fee to what you pay. If a program chooses to pass on card processing as a convenience fee, you'll see it clearly before you pay.

Questions from families
Does BackPR charge me a fee?
No. BackPR never adds its own fee to what you pay. Some programs pass card processing costs on as a convenience fee. If they do, it's shown clearly before you pay.
Who do I contact about a program's schedule, refunds or policies?
The organization that runs the program. They set their own schedules, prices and refund policies.
Is there an app to download?
No download needed. BackPR works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and you can add it to your home screen.
Who processes my payment?
Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe.
Can I use BackPR in Spanish?
Yes. You can register and manage your family account in Spanish.
