BackPR product tours: admin dashboard and parent portal
BackPR is registration and payment software for youth programs: camps, after-school care, childcare and classes. These two short videos show it from the director's side and from the parent's side. The first walks through the admin dashboard. The second follows a parent signing up two children and paying. Both use a fictional demo program: the families, children and payments are made up, so nobody was charged and no real messages went out.

Is the data in the videos real?
No. The demo program, its families, children, classes and payments are all made up. Nothing in the videos was charged or sent to anyone.
What does BackPR cost for a nonprofit?
BackPR charges nonprofits no subscription and no BackPR platform fee. Card payments still carry Stripe's standard processing fee, which the nonprofit can absorb or pass on to families. Programs that aren't nonprofits get a quote: ask for one when you book a demo.
Can I see BackPR with my own programs?
Yes. Book a demo and we'll walk through registration, payments, check-in and reports, and how moving your data over works. Moving your data is free.
Do families need to download an app?
No. The parent portal is a web app that works on any phone or computer, in English or Spanish.
