Sawyer pricing

Sawyer pricing, explained

Sawyer charges a monthly or annual subscription in three published plans (Launch, Grow and Scale), plus custom Enterprise pricing. On top of the subscription, Sawyer takes a commission on bookings made through its marketplace (15–30% depending on plan), and families pay a Sawyer booking fee of $1.99–$3.99 on most orders over $30. Card payments run through Stripe, and fees are deducted before payout.

From Sawyer's own pricing page, terms and help center, checked October 11, 2026. BackPR makes competing software, so we only quote what Sawyer publishes, and every source is listed below. Prices change, so confirm them with Sawyer.

Example

What a year could cost

A nonprofit camp on the Grow plan billed annually, with 2 admins and 300 registrations a year, each a separate card order over $100 placed through Sawyer's widget on the camp's own website (no marketplace bookings). Sawyer doesn't charge per admin.

Grow plan, billed annually (paid by the camp)
$2,268
Sawyer booking fees (paid by families): 300 × $3.99
$1,197
Card processing
Rate not published

$2,268 a year paid by the camp, plus $1,197 in booking fees paid by families, plus card processing

Illustration using only the published prices above; your quote may differ. Sales tax may apply to the subscription. Any marketplace bookings would add a 20% commission on those orders.
