Arlo pricing

Arlo pricing, explained

Arlo charges per administrator license per month, plus a fee for every registration, and requires a one-time implementation package. The price per license drops as you add licenses (up to 20), and paying annually saves up to 10%. Arlo is built for adult and professional training providers. Prices below are in US dollars and come from Arlo's price calculator; the page's text shows slightly lower annual prices ($118, $204 and $271).

From Arlo's own pricing page, terms and help center, checked October 11, 2026. BackPR makes competing software, so we only quote what Arlo publishes, and every source is listed below. Prices change, so confirm them with Arlo.

Terms

Setup, contract and nonprofit terms

Setup and onboarding
An implementation package is required on all plans: Basic $695 (4 hours of onboarding), Standard $1,395 (8 hours) or Premium $3,995 (20 hours, including data migration and custom domain setup). Arlo's own admin work on your account counts against your onboarding hours; Arlo estimates it uses about 25% of them. Each task or contact counts as at least 10 minutes.
Contract and cancellation
Monthly (pay-as-you-go) or annual; Arlo's pricing FAQ says no long-term contract is required. Monthly plans need 30 days' written notice to cancel. Annual plans are paid up front, are non-refundable and renew automatically unless you cancel 30 days before the end of the term; you can upgrade or add licenses mid-term but can't downgrade or remove licenses until renewal. Arlo's master subscription agreement (last updated January 31, 2022) defaults to month-to-month and allows Special Support Fees for support requests the help center already covers or that fall outside its scope. After termination, you can request a data export within 30 days.

Fees families pay
Arlo's license and registration fees are billed to the organization. Arlo doesn't publish a fee charged to registrants, and doesn't say whether organizations can add a card surcharge at checkout.
