Jumbula pricing

Jumbula pricing, explained

Jumbula publishes three plans, billed monthly or yearly, plus a custom Enterprise plan. The entry plan, Pay As You Go, is $15 a month and charges for enrollments in prepaid packs; Rise and Ascend include unlimited enrollments. Texts, marketing emails, the website widget, reminders and other extras are priced as add-ons, and card processing is charged by the payment processor you connect.

Terms

Setup, contract and nonprofit terms

Setup and onboarding
No setup fee is listed. Jumbula's home page says it assigns a free onboarding specialist and migrates existing data through its standard templates, and may charge for custom migrations of complex data (amount not published). Its pricing page lists data and family migration as an add-on below Ascend.
Contract and cancellation
Month-to-month. The pricing page says plans can be paused or canceled anytime. Jumbula's terms of service require a cancellation request at least 30 days before the date you want to end, by email, chat or the dashboard. Add-ons keep billing on a paused account unless you cancel them. Refund terms: not published.
Nonprofit offer
20% discount for nonprofits. Jumbula's FAQ says discounts don't stack, except that nonprofits paying annually get 25% off. Its page banner says annual billing saves 20%. Programs that don't charge families can ask for custom pricing.
Fees families pay
Jumbula's pricing page lists a convenience fee and a surcharge as options the organization can turn on. It doesn't list any Jumbula fee charged to families.
