Campminder pricing

Campminder pricing, explained

Campminder sells three suites (Classic, Deluxe and Professional) and doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page says an Account Executive sets each camp's price, based on factors including the number of campers enrolled. Contracts are annual under Campminder's Master License Agreement.

From Campminder's own pricing page, terms and help center, checked October 11, 2026. BackPR makes competing software, so we only quote what Campminder publishes, and every source is listed below. Prices change, so confirm them with Campminder.

Setup, contract and nonprofit terms

Setup and onboarding
Not published. Campminder's site says onboarding covers website integration, historic data import and merchant account setup in under 3 weeks, followed by about 10 recommended training sessions over 5 weeks.
Contract and cancellation
Campminder's Master License Agreement (version 3.8, effective August 7, 2026) sets a 1-year initial term that renews automatically each year unless either party gives written notice at least 90 days before the anniversary date. It can't be ended early except for breach; on termination there are no refunds, and fees through the end of the term are due. In the first 90 days of your original agreement, you can terminate and get a full refund of license fees. License fees can rise each year with 30 days' notice. Invoices are due in 30 days, with late fees of 1.5% a month after that.
Nonprofit offer
Not published.
Fees families pay
Campminder's agreement lets camps add a credit card surcharge where card network rules and law allow. At Deluxe camps that turn it on, families can buy a Photo Season Pass ($10–$50 per household per season) for automatic photo delivery; Professional camps include it at no charge to families.
