Before you decide

What to know about Regpack

What Regpack does well

Regpack's conditional form logic is deep, its automatic installment billing is strong, and a project consultant builds your first setup.

Prices aren't on the pricing page

Regpack's pricing page shows no prices. A summary it publishes for AI tools (llms.txt) gives about $400 a month for its small-business package and about $600 for Mid-Market, billed yearly, and its help center lists $3,000 per year for each Account Owner or Super Admin license.

Annual terms

Terms are annual and renew automatically. Regpack's cancellation policy requires 90 days' notice, or an early-cancellation payment to leave sooner, and payments aren't refunded.

Purchase Protection offered to families

Purchase Protection is offered to families at checkout by default, for a fee they pay (around 3–5% of the activity cost, per a Regpack blog post).

Data when you cancel

Data is deleted when the account is canceled, so it must be exported first.

From Regpack's public pricing pages and terms, checked October 10 and 11, 2026. See the full comparison and sources and Regpack pricing, explained.
