Buying guide · checked October 2026

Best youth sports registration software in 2026: 9 options compared

The right sports platform depends on your organization. A rec league, a travel club and a league tied to a national governing body need different things. Pricing models differ too: some platforms charge a subscription, some keep a share of each payment and some charge per registration. This page doesn't crown a winner. It compares nine options on the same points, in alphabetical order. Every fact about another company comes from its own pricing page, terms or help center, checked on October 19, 2026, and each option links to its sources.

How we compared

  • Pricing model: a subscription, a share of each payment or a fee per registration, and whether it's published.
  • What families pay on top: service fees, processing fees passed on and optional insurance at checkout.
  • Nonprofit terms: a published discount, a free plan or none.
  • League tools: registration with waitlists and payment plans, teams, scheduling and a team app.
  • Contract terms: renewal, notice to cancel and exclusivity.
  • Your data: what happens to it when an agreement ends.
