**What does switching cost?**
Nothing. Onboarding and data import are free, and there's no long-term contract with BackPR.

**What format does our data need to be in?**
Spreadsheet exports such as CSV or Excel work best. Most registration systems can export families, participants and programs, and we can also work from your own spreadsheets.

**Who does the work?**
We do. You send the exports, we set up your programs and import your data, and you review everything before families see it.

**How long does it take?**
It depends on how many programs and families you have. Once we see your data, we'll give you a timeline that fits your next registration date.

**We're under contract with another provider. Can we start now?**
Yes. We can set up your account and import your data now, so you're ready when your current term ends.
