What this is
The work of getting your school onto BackPR in the first place, done for you.
We agree what you want turned on. We set up the site, the courses, the forms and the accounts, put your existing content in, and then spend an hour or two on a call showing whoever will use it how it works. After that it is yours.
How it works
- A short call, or an email exchange, to agree what you actually need. Usually less than you think.
- You send us your content: logo, page text, staff list, course material, contact lists.
- We set it up and send you a link to look at before anything is public.
- You correct what we got wrong. There will be things.
- We go live, and we walk your staff through it once, live, and record it if you want.
- We stay reachable by email afterwards.
How long it takes
A small site with a couple of courses is usually a few weeks, depending on how fast your content arrives. We will give you a date once we have seen your material, and if we are going to miss it we will tell you before the day, not after.
Where it stops
Setup covers one walkthrough, one email address, and one site at a time. Adoption dashboards, risk registers, governance frameworks and training curricula are not part of it.
Who suits this
A school where one or two people will use the tools and can spare an afternoon to learn them. If rolling this out needs a project board, you want a different supplier.
Questions and answers
Who leads it on our side? Whoever can make decisions and get us the content. Setup stalls on content, every time.
What do you need from us? Domain access if you want the site live on your domain, your logo and colours, page text, and a contact list if you want email.
What happens after go-live? You use it. We answer email.
Can we phase it? Yes, and you should: turn on one thing, use it for a term, then add another.
What if it does not work out? Export your data and leave. We will help with the export and delete what is left.
