A registration form on your site that ends in a Stripe Checkout link.
A family fills in the form. The answers are saved in your workspace. If the programme has a fee, they are sent to Stripe to pay. When Stripe says the payment succeeded, the registration is marked paid. You get a list of who registered and who has paid.
Camps and programmes taking a fixed fee for a place, currently doing it with a paper form and a bank transfer. If you already use Jumbula, FACTS or a similar registration system, this replaces nothing.
Can we keep our current processor? If it is Stripe, yes. Other processors are not supported.
Who issues refunds? You do, from Stripe. Your money stays yours throughout.
What data do you store? Whatever the form asks, plus whether Stripe reported a payment as successful. No card numbers.
How long does setup take? A form with a Stripe link is usually a day or two of work once you have decided your questions and fee.
What if a payment fails halfway? Stripe is the record of truth. If the registration list disagrees with Stripe, Stripe is right and we fix the list.
Who builds it? BackPR, from Messina, Italy. Write to support@backpr.com.
Send us your current form and fee structure and we will tell you whether a form plus a Stripe link covers it. Email support@backpr.com.
Cancel any time. Monthly plans: a full refund within 30 days of a charge, no reason and no proof needed. Annual plans: a pro-rata refund of unused months in the first six.
