What this is

Somewhere to keep your contact lists, somewhere to keep the emails you send every year, and a button that sends them.

You import contacts, tag them (year group, programme, staff, alumni), write a message or reuse a saved template, pick a tag, and send. Everything you sent is kept with the date and the list it went to.

How it works

Import contacts from CSV; tag them however your school thinks about people.
Write a message, or start from one you saved last time.
Choose the tags to send to, preview it, send it.
Unsubscribes are handled automatically and honoured on every future send.
The archive shows what went out, to which list, on which day.

Where it stops

Ordinary email, so not an alerting system. Delivery takes minutes to hours and is never guaranteed. For weather closures, lockdowns or anything time-critical, use a system built for alerts.
You decide when to press send. There is no automation engine, no journeys and no drip sequences.
Email only. No SMS, no push notifications, no phone calls.
Sending to tens of thousands of addresses is a job for a dedicated bulk provider.
Anyone with a sending account can send. There is no approval step.

Questions and answers

How many emails can we send? Enough for a small school.

Will they land in the inbox? Usually, if your domain is set up correctly. We will help you set SPF and DKIM. Nobody can guarantee inbox placement.

Do you handle consent? The tool records unsubscribes and stops sending. Whether you had permission to email someone in the first place is your school’s responsibility, under whatever law applies to you.

Can we keep our current CRM? Yes. Nothing here forces you to move.

Can we export our lists? Yes, as CSV, whenever you want.
