What this is

A handful of charts and tables over the data BackPR already holds for you: pages and visits on your site, enquiry form submissions, course activity if you use the courses, and how many messages came through Whisper. You can look at it in the browser or export it as CSV.

It is a reporting screen for your own numbers, rather than a data warehouse or a single source of truth for your school.

How it works

• The site, forms, courses and message intake already record events as people use them.
• Those events are counted and shown on a small set of fixed dashboards.
• You can filter by date and export any table as CSV.
• If you want a number that is not there, email us and we will tell you whether it is possible.

Where it stops

• It counts events. It makes no judgement about people: there is no wellbeing scoring, no attendance risk model and no early-warning system.
• Your SIS, finance system, HRIS and payroll stay separate. There are no connectors, so combining that data is an export-and-merge job on your side.
• Web numbers are a rough guide. Bot traffic, ad blockers and people switching devices all distort them, here as everywhere.

Who suits this

Small schools and camps that want to see whether their site is getting visits and their forms are getting filled in, without setting up a separate analytics stack. If you already run a BI tool, this covers less than you are used to.

Questions and answers

Can we connect our student information system? Not today. There are no SIS integrations.

Can we get the raw data? Yes, as CSV exports.

Who can see the dashboards? The accounts you create. You control who has one.

Is there row-level security? No. Access is per account, not per row.

Does anyone write us a briefing? No. You read your own numbers; we can answer questions about what they mean.
