> Fill in one week at a time. Check every time block for enough staff to meet your ratio, including during breaks and at the pool.

- Week of: ______
- Director on duty: ______
- Required staff-to-camper ratio for each group: ______

**Schedule**

| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |

**Daily duties**
For example: morning drop-off, bus, lunch, swim, rest time coverage, afternoon pickup.
| Duty | Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday | Thursday | Friday |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |

### How to use it
- Schedule breaks so no group drops below your state's required ratio.
- Name a backup for every duty in case someone is out.
- Post the schedule where staff sign in, and send it out before the week starts.

**How do you make a camp staff schedule?**
Start with the groups and their required ratios, assign counselors to each group, then add duties (drop-off, lunch, swim, pickup) and breaks without leaving any group short.

**How do you cover breaks without going below your required ratio?**
Cover each break with a floater or specialist so no group goes below ratio, and stagger breaks so you need fewer floaters at once.

Free to use and change, but not legal or medical advice. Check your state's licensing rules and your insurer's requirements, and have a lawyer review any consent or waiver language.
