Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy (“Policy”) governs all refund requests, subscription cancellations, and related service expectations for BackPR, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed by the DBShadow group and operated by BackPR.
This Policy applies to all users and subscribers (“You,” “Your,” “Customer”) of BackPR.com (“BackPR,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”). By purchasing or using any BackPR service, You agree to the terms of this Policy in full, without limitation or exception.
1. General Policy Statement
BackPR is a B2B SaaS platform designed to help educational programs grow and automate. We do not offer free trials. Instead, we provide limited money-back guarantees for qualifying plans under strict and clearly defined conditions. These are not risk-free trials, and refunds are not guaranteed unless all terms outlined herein are met.
2. Guarantee Windows
Refunds are only available for the following plan types and within the specified timeframes:

Refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM Eastern Time (UTC−5) on the final day of the applicable period. Late submissions are not eligible under any circumstances.
3. Refund Eligibility Requirements
All of the following conditions must be strictly met for a refund to be considered:
3.1 Timely Written Request
Submit your request to support@backpr.com before the applicable deadline.
3.2 Demonstrated Platform Use
You must provide verifiable evidence of active use, including:
- Completion of onboarding;
- Activation of at least one (1) program listing;
- Publication of one (1) webpage via BackPR website builder;
- Use of at least one (1) LMS module or registration/payment form;
- Launch of one (1) AI-generated campaign or blog post.
3.3 Good-Faith Support Resolution
You must attempt to resolve issues through at least two (2) documented support interactions with our team prior to your refund request.
3.4 Compliance
You must not have violated any BackPR agreements (Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, etc.). Any breach voids refund eligibility.
3.5 Single-Use Clause
Only one (1) refund will be issued per organization or legal entity. Any abuse or use of multiple accounts forfeits refund rights.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted under any of the following:
- Missed refund deadlines;
- Failure to complete onboarding or demonstrate use;
- Personal reasons (e.g., lack of time, staff changes, change in business goals);
- Previously refunded or disputed account;
- Custom or enterprise pricing plans;
- Discounted nonprofit/school plans;
- Onboarding, training, consulting, or setup services;
- Payment processor fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal);
- Subscription renewals not cancelled in time.
All such transactions are final and non-refundable.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, send an email to support@backpr.com with:
- Full name, account email, and business name;
- Original payment receipt or transaction ID;
- Proof of completed onboarding and usage;
- Summary of your support resolution attempts;
- Written explanation of your request.
Requests missing required information will not be processed. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days, minus any applicable non-refundable costs.
6. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@backpr.com. The following rules apply:
- Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing cycle;
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued;
- You must cancel at least five (5) business days prior to your next billing date to avoid renewal;
- Cancellation does not imply refund eligibility.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first attempting refund resolution under this Policy constitutes a breach of contract.
BackPR reserves the right to:
- Terminate your account immediately;
- Pursue collections, legal action, or recovery of funds;
- Ban your organization from future access to BackPR;
- Report misuse to payment processors and risk authorities.
8. Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, without notice. The current version is always available at:
Your continued use of BackPR constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
10. Arbitration Clause
At BackPR’s sole discretion, any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from this Policy or service use may be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in New York, NY, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You agree to waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BackPR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages — including loss of revenue, profits, or goodwill — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall BackPR’s total liability exceed the amount paid by You for the service in the preceding twelve (12) months.
12. No Guarantee of Results
BackPR provides access to tools designed to assist with marketing, automation, and program management. However, BackPR does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:
- Enrollment increases;
- Revenue growth;
- Lead volume or marketing ROI;
- Website traffic or visibility;
- User engagement or search engine rankings.
All testimonials, case studies, and performance examples are for illustrative purposes only. Your actual results may vary based on external factors, including your own execution, market conditions, and internal operations.
