The BackPR Referral Program allows referrers to earn 50% of the subscription fee from the clients they refer to BackPR. This commission is recurring as long as the client remains subscribed. Additionally, referrers will earn $1 for each lead submitted, provided the lead meets our validation criteria and converts into a paying client.
Example:
– A referred client subscribes to the $500/month plan. The referrer will earn $250/month as long as the client stays subscribed.
– If the referrer submits 100 high-quality leads, they will earn $100, in addition to the 50% commission if any of the leads convert into a paying client.

2. Eligibility
Anyone can join the BackPR Referral Program, including:
– YouTubers
– Facebook group admins
– Telegram group owners
– Blog owners, influencers, and anyone with a platform capable of generating leads
You do not need to be an existing BackPR customer to participate in the program.

3. Lead Quality Criteria
To ensure that only valuable leads are rewarded, all leads submitted must meet the following criteria:
– Relevance: The lead must represent an educational institution, program, or nonprofit that could benefit from BackPR’s services.
– Accurate Contact Information: Leads must provide valid and complete contact details, including email, phone number, and organization name.
– Verification: Leads will be validated using automated tools (e.g., email validation) and manually reviewed by BackPR’s team.
Leads that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for commissions.

4. Referral Commission
Referrers are eligible to earn commissions in two ways:
– Subscription Commission: Referrers will earn 50% of the subscription fee for every client they refer to BackPR.
– Example: If a client subscribes to the $500/month plan, the referrer will earn $250/month as long as the client remains subscribed.
– Lead Commission: Referrers will earn $1 for each high-quality lead they submit that meets BackPR’s validation criteria. If a referrer submits 100 valid leads, they will earn $100 (in addition to any subscription commissions for leads that convert into clients).
Payment Condition for Leads:
To earn the $1 per lead, at least one of the submitted leads must convert into a paying client within 6 months of submission.

5. Payment Conditions
Referral payments will be made only after the guarantee period of the referred client has passed. This ensures that the client does not cancel their subscription during the refund window.
– Refund Guarantee Period:
– Monthly Subscription: 15 days
– Annual Subscription: 6 months
Payments will be made to referrers once the guarantee period has ended, ensuring that the referred client is fully committed to BackPR.
Payment Methods:
– Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
– PayPal
– Other official payment methods (as agreed upon with BackPR)

6. Monitoring and Verification
To prevent abuse and ensure the program runs fairly, BackPR has implemented the following safeguards:
– Lead Validation: Every lead submitted will be validated using automated email validation tools and manual checks. Only leads that meet our quality criteria will be eligible for commissions.
– Cancellation Monitoring: BackPR tracks cancellations to identify any patterns of abuse. If a referred client cancels within the refund period and requests a refund, the corresponding referral commission will be reversed.
– IP and Device Tracking: Referrers attempting to self-refer or create fake accounts will be flagged by tracking repeated sign-ups from the same IP address or device.
– Referral Link Tracking: Every referrer will receive a unique referral link to ensure proper tracking. Self-referrals or attempts to exploit the system by referring oneself will be disqualified.
Anti-Cheat Measures:
– Fraud Detection: BackPR will monitor for any suspicious behavior such as frequent cancellations or multiple accounts coming from the same source.
– Referral Caps: Referrers are limited in how many leads they can submit each month (up to 100), encouraging quality over quantity.

7. What Makes the Program Fair and Prevents Exploitation
To ensure fairness and to prevent manipulation of the program:
– Self-Referral Prevention: Referrers who attempt to refer themselves by using multiple accounts will be disqualified from receiving any commission, and any earned commissions will be revoked.
– Quality-First Incentives: Referrers will only be paid for high-quality leads that convert into paying clients. If no conversions occur within 6 months, leads will not earn commissions.
– Suspicious Behavior Monitoring: Referrers with an unusually high number of leads but few or no conversions will be flagged for review. These accounts will undergo additional checks to prevent abuse.
– Cancellation Penalty: If a referred client cancels within the guarantee period, the referrer will forfeit the corresponding commission.

To ensure a sustainable and fair referral program, BackPR enforces the following:
– Payment Delays Until Guarantee Period Ends: Referrers should only receive their payments after the client’s guarantee period has ended. This will ensure that the client remains committed before any commissions are paid.
– Referral Earnings Caps: Referrers can only earn a maximum of $250/month per client, ensuring that no one is unfairly profiting from a single referral in a short time period.
– Maximum Lead Submission: Referrers can submit a maximum of 100 leads per month, encouraging them to focus on high-quality leads that are likely to convert.

9. Incentives for High-Quality Referrals
BackPR recognizes top referrers and offers extra incentives for those who consistently provide high-quality, converting leads:
– Bonus for Fast Conversions: If a lead converts to a paying client within 30 days, the referrer will receive an additional $50 bonus.
– Top Referrer Recognition: The top-performing referrers will be recognized and could receive exclusive rewards, such as a VIP status, access to special promotions, and a higher commission for high-quality referrals.

10. Transparency and Communication
To ensure transparency, referrers will have access to the following:
– Referral Dashboard: A clear, real-time dashboard to track the status of all referred leads, client conversions, and earned commissions.
– Regular Updates: Referrers will receive notifications when their leads convert into paying clients, and when their commissions are processed.
– Clear Communication: Any changes to the program will be communicated immediately through email or platform notifications.

11. Program Termination and Changes
BackPR reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. If there are significant changes to the terms or commission structure, referrers will be notified via email or platform notification.
Referrers who violate the program’s rules, such as submitting fake leads or engaging in self-referrals, will be removed from the program, and any pending commissions will be forfeited.
