**Who counts as a nonprofit?**
Registered nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations in the United States, such as 501(c)(3) organizations, churches and faith-based organizations, nonprofit PTAs and PTOs, YMCAs and community nonprofits. We confirm your status when you sign up. Not sure if you qualify? Email us.

**What do nonprofits pay?**
Nothing to BackPR. The only cost is card and bank processing on each payment, charged by Stripe at its standard rates. Free programs and free events cost nothing at all.

**Can we pass the processing fee on to families?**
Yes. You can absorb it, or add it to families' payments as a clearly labeled convenience fee.

**Why isn't business pricing listed?**
Programs vary a lot in size and setup, so we quote based on how many programs, locations and participants you have. Quotes are free and come with no long-term contract.

**Is there a contract?**
No. There's no long-term contract and no exit fee. You can cancel whenever you want.

**Is onboarding extra?**
No. Onboarding and importing your data from your current system are free.

**Can we export our data if we leave?**
Yes. You can export your families, registrations and payments at any time, at no cost.

**Are any features held back for higher plans?**
Nonprofits get every feature. For other organizations, your quote is based on the programs and locations you run.
