High-Ticket Closer
ABOUT THIS POSITION
BackPR is growing fast — and we’re looking for a confident, consultative High-Ticket Closer to join our performance-driven sales team. You’ll take qualified leads, understand their needs, and close premium service packages that help our clients scale. You’re not just a seller — you’re a partner in their growth. This role is fully remote, with flexible structure, and big upside.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take ownership of qualified leads and convert them into high-value clients through strategic, consultative conversations.
- Clearly communicate the value of BackPR’s services and how they directly support client goals.
- Navigate objections confidently while staying focused on delivering solutions.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, onboarding, support) to ensure a seamless client handoff after closing.
- Proactively follow up with prospects and track key metrics to consistently improve your performance.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 2+ years of high-ticket sales experience (ideally in marketing, SaaS, consulting, or digital services).
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals over Zoom, phone, and email.
- Confident, clear communicator who listens first and persuades with logic and value.
- Independent, self-motivated, and obsessed with hitting targets.
- Fluent with sales tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent platforms.
- Comfortable working remotely with a results-first mindset.
