Take deposits, set up payment plans and let autopay handle the rest. Payments are processed by Stripe and paid out to your organization's bank account.

- **Deposits and payment plans:** Let families pay a deposit now and the balance in installments. You set the schedule and BackPR charges the saved card or bank account on each date.
- **Recurring tuition:** Bill weekly, monthly or by term for after-school and childcare, with proration for families who join partway through.
- **Failed payment recovery:** When a card is declined, BackPR retries it and sends the family a link to update their payment method. Outstanding balances sit in one list.

**Who processes payments?**

**What does payment processing cost?**
