Staff take attendance and check children in and out from their own phones. Every pickup is checked against the family's authorized list before a child leaves.

- **Attendance from any phone:** Rosters open on the phone, tablet or laptop your staff already have. Mark present, late, absent or excused with one tap.
- **Secure pickup:** Parents check out with a PIN or QR code, and staff confirm the adult against the family's authorized pickup list.
- **Authorized and blocked adults:** Families list who may pick up each child. Admins can also flag adults who are not allowed to.
- **Kiosk mode:** Put a tablet at the door for self check-in and check-out with a PIN or QR code.
- **Allergy and medical alerts:** Allergies, medications and medical notes show next to each child's name on the roster, where staff will see them.
- **Absence alerts:** When a registered child isn't checked in, the parent can be notified automatically.
- **Dismissal and buses:** Record how each child goes home, whether parent pickup, bus, aftercare or walking, and keep it on the daily roster.
- **Staff time clock:** Instructors clock in and out from the same screen, with records you can export for payroll.

Yes. Parents can be notified when their child is checked in and when they are checked out.

**Can we use a tablet at the front desk?**
Yes. Kiosk mode turns any tablet into a self check-in station.
