WildApricot is membership management software for associations, clubs, chambers and nonprofits, covering a member database, website, events, email and payments. Plans are priced by number of contacts, from $66 a month billed monthly. BackPR is free for nonprofits, built for youth program registration, and lets families register in English or Spanish.

- **Registration in English and Spanish:** Families can register in English or Spanish. WildApricot's help center says it doesn't provide multiple-language support.
- **No servicing fee for using Stripe:** BackPR runs card payments on Stripe at Stripe's standard rates and adds nothing for nonprofits. WildApricot adds a servicing fee of 20% of your subscription if you use Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.net; its own Personify Payments costs $4.99 a month plus per-payment fees.
- **Built for youth programs:** BackPR has family accounts with several children and one checkout, e-signed waivers, rosters, and check-in and check-out with authorized pickup. WildApricot is built for membership organizations.

What WildApricot does well: WildApricot combines a member database with automatic renewals, a website builder, event registration with waitlists, email campaigns, donations and an online store, with mobile apps for admins and members. Onboarding coaching is free, and the trial lasts 60 days.
