Procare is child care management software for centers, in-home daycares, Head Start and before- and after-school programs, with quote-based pricing and its own payment processing. BackPR is free for nonprofits, uses Stripe's standard rates and has no long-term contract.

- **Registration in English and Spanish:** Families can register with BackPR in English or Spanish. In Procare Online, AI can translate incoming messages into Spanish when the center turns it on.
- **No default one-year term:** BackPR has no long-term contract, so you can cancel anytime. Procare's website says there are no contracts; its terms set a one-year term that renews yearly when the order form doesn't set one.
- **Export your data anytime:** Export your data from BackPR anytime, for free. Procare's terms give you 30 days after an account ends to export your data, and any export help Procare agrees to provide is billed to you.

What Procare does well: Procare is built around child care centers, with subsidy billing, its own integrated payment processing, staff scheduling and payroll, meal planning and food program reports, a parent app, and weekday phone and chat support. It says it charges no setup fees and includes onboarding, training and data migration support.
