Jotform is a general-purpose form builder with payment integrations, priced by plan with monthly limits on submissions and payments; approved nonprofits get 50% off. BackPR is free for nonprofits however many families register, and it's built for youth programs, with family accounts, payment plans and check-in.

Where BackPR is different:
- **Free for nonprofits:** Nonprofits pay nothing to BackPR. Jotform's free plan allows 10 payments a month, and its nonprofit discount halves paid plans, so Bronze is $19.50 a month.
- **$0 at any size:** Nonprofits pay $0 however many families register and pay. Jotform plans cap payments each month, from 10 on the free plan to 1,000 on Gold, and forms are disabled when a monthly limit is reached.
- **Payment plans and autopay built in:** Families can pay over time on autopay. In Jotform, recurring payments are set up through each payment gateway, and a fixed number of payments isn't supported with Stripe.
- **Built for youth programs:** Family accounts with several children and one checkout, waitlists, rosters, and check-in and check-out with authorized pickup.

What Jotform does well: Jotform has more than 20,000 form templates, 40+ payment gateway integrations with no Jotform transaction fee, multilingual forms, e-signatures and a free Starter plan.
