CampDoc is camp registration and health record software from DocNetwork, with plans from $355 a month and no published nonprofit pricing. Camps can add convenience fees to family payments, and its processing rates aren't published. BackPR is free for nonprofits and never adds its own fee to what families pay.

Where BackPR is different:
- **Free for nonprofit camps:** Nonprofit camps pay nothing to BackPR. CampDoc plans start at $355 a month, and CampDoc publishes no nonprofit pricing.
- **No BackPR fee at checkout:** BackPR never adds its own fee to what families pay. Card processing runs at Stripe's standard rates, which you absorb or pass on. CampDoc's processing rates aren't published.
- **Free data import:** We import your families, participants and programs at no cost. CampDoc offers a self-service importer and charges for its import service.
- **No long-term contract:** BackPR has no long-term contract; cancel anytime. CampDoc contracts run for a set term with a renewal date, and some cover several years.

What CampDoc does well: CampDoc pairs registration with a camp health record: health forms with alerts before documents expire, an electronic medication administration record (eMAR) and clinic logs. It says it's HIPAA and FERPA compliant, offers phone, email and chat support, and integrates with ACTIVE Network and Daxko.
