- **Free for nonprofits:** Nonprofits pay nothing to BackPR. Breeze charges every church a flat $72 a month and publishes no nonprofit pricing.
- **Registration in English and Spanish:** Families can register in English or Spanish. Breeze's help center says it doesn't support other languages and suggests using Chrome's page translation.
- **E-signed waivers:** Parents sign waivers and forms online, and registration can't finish without the required ones. Breeze forms have no digital signature field; its help center suggests a typed name or uploading a signed copy.
- **Waitlists and bank payments:** When a session fills, families can join its waitlist, and they can pay by card or ACH bank payment. Breeze forms cap total entries, its help center doesn't describe a waitlist and form payments can't be made by ACH.

What Breeze ChMS does well: Breeze is a flat $72 a month with unlimited people and admin users, online and text giving with no monthly fee, check-in with name tags, volunteer scheduling, service planning, and email and text messaging. Data import by its move-in team is free, as are phone and email support, and there's no contract.
